These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.classicbenzparts.com and purchases made through our website. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Us
Classic Benz Parts is an independent supplier of replacement and reproduction parts for classic Mercedes-Benz vehicles and other classic automobiles.
Our contact details are available on the Contact Us page of our website.
Classic Benz Parts is an independent business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Mercedes-Benz or any other vehicle manufacturer unless expressly stated. All manufacturer names, model names, trademarks and original part numbers are used for identification, reference and compatibility purposes only.
2. Products and Vehicle Compatibility
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications and compatibility information are accurate.
Many of the vehicles for which we supply parts are several decades old and may have been repaired, modified, restored or fitted with non-original components during their lifetime.
For this reason, customers are responsible for verifying that a product is suitable for their particular vehicle before installation.
OEM or manufacturer part numbers shown on our website are provided primarily for identification and compatibility reference unless the product is specifically described as an original/OEM product.
Products described as newly manufactured, reproduction, replacement or aftermarket parts are not represented as original Mercedes-Benz parts.
If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before ordering and provide your vehicle model, year and, where relevant, chassis/VIN information.
3. Product Appearance and Manufacturing Variations
Some of our products are newly manufactured replacement or reproduction parts for classic vehicles.
Minor differences in color, texture, surface finish, stitching, grain, dimensions or manufacturing details may occur between production batches and compared with an original part manufactured decades ago.
Such minor variations that do not materially affect the normal function of the product are not considered defects.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency selected or displayed at checkout.
Shipping charges, applicable taxes and other charges will be shown where possible before the order is completed.
For international orders, import duties, customs charges, local VAT/GST, brokerage fees or other government charges may be payable in the destination country unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, typographical or technical errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer before processing the order.
5. Orders
An order submitted through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
Incorrect pricing or product information;
Payment authorization problems;
Suspected fraud or misuse;
Export or import restrictions;
Product unavailability; or
An incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide and generally use FedEx. Other shipping services may occasionally be used depending on destination, package size and availability.
Delivery times provided by us or by shipping carriers are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
International shipments may be delayed by customs authorities, security inspections, weather conditions, carrier disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and any information required for customs clearance.
7. Customs Duties and Import Taxe
International customers are responsible for understanding the import rules applicable in their destination country.
Unless expressly stated during checkout that duties or taxes have been prepaid, any customs duty, import VAT/GST, brokerage charge, clearance fee or similar government charge imposed by the destination country is the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs authorities may request identification, tax information or additional documents directly from the recipient.
Classic Benz Parts cannot guarantee that any particular product will be permitted for import into every country.
Where legally permitted, costs resulting from a customer's refusal or failure to complete customs clearance may be deducted from any amount refundable after the goods are returned to us.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under law.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your package as soon as possible after delivery.
If a parcel arrives damaged, the customer must promptly photograph the outer packaging, shipping label, inner packaging and damaged product and contact us with this evidence. The customer must retain the product and all original packaging until the claim has been fully resolved.
For damaged, lost or partially missing shipments, the customer may be required to open a damage or loss case directly with the shipping carrier (such as FedEx, DHL or UPS) and provide the carrier with any photographs, documents, statements or other information reasonably requested as part of the investigation.
The customer agrees to reasonably cooperate with Classic Benz Parts and the shipping carrier throughout the claim and investigation process, including responding to carrier requests, making the package and damaged goods available for inspection where required, and providing any necessary documentation.
If the customer refuses or fails to reasonably cooperate with the carrier's claim procedure, fails to provide requested evidence, disposes of the packaging or damaged goods before the investigation is completed, or otherwise prevents the carrier claim from being properly investigated or completed, Classic Benz Parts may be unable to issue a refund, replacement or other compensation in relation to the shipping damage or loss.
Where legally permitted, no refund or compensation will be issued for a shipping damage or loss claim that cannot be completed or validated due to the customer's failure to reasonably cooperate with the carrier's investigation.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
9. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
To request a return, please contact us within the applicable return period before sending the product back.
Returned products should be securely packaged and, except where the product is defective or applicable law provides otherwise, should be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received.
Where permitted by applicable law and disclosed to the customer, return shipping costs will be at the customer's responsibility.
10. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain categories of products where an exemption is permitted by applicable law.
This may include products that have been specially manufactured, modified or clearly personalized according to the customer's specifications.
Products that have been installed, altered, cut, painted, glued, drilled, permanently marked or otherwise modified may not be eligible for a voluntary return unless they were defective or the customer has a mandatory legal right to a remedy.
11. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.
For valid statutory withdrawal requests, refunds will be handled within the periods required by applicable law.
Original express shipping upgrades, customs duties, import taxes and fees paid directly to third parties are refundable only where required by applicable law or where the relevant third party refunds those amounts to us.
12. Installation of Vehicle Parts
Vehicle parts should be installed by a competent person or professional workshop where appropriate.
The customer is responsible for ensuring correct installation and suitability for the intended vehicle.
Classic Benz Parts is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance or installation on an incompatible vehicle, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Customers should inspect products and confirm compatibility before painting, trimming, gluing, drilling, modifying or installing them.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, original photographs, product descriptions, graphics and other original content published on ClassicBenzParts.com are owned by or licensed to Classic Benz Parts.
They may not be reproduced, republished or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and manufacturer names remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and available.
However, product availability, specifications, photographs, prices and other information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.
We may update or correct website information without prior notice.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Classic Benz Parts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
16. Privacy and Cookies
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for website functionality, analytics or other purposes described in our Privacy Policy or cookie information.
17. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply to customers in their country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted by contract.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, website or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable to an order will generally be the version published on the website when the order is placed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
